Due a change in the billing process by the leisure centre the club is unable to cancel any internal league games. In the past members use to have a 24 hour window to cancel and as a club we would get a refund as we pay our green fee's a month in advance .... the 24 hour rule has now been scrapped.
As a club we have no option but to fall in line with the other local council run centre, therefore the following will now apply.
All league games must be paid for, teams still have the option of cancelling games BUT both teams will still be required to pay for their cards whether they play or not.
